ملاحظة 1: في حين أن هذا الحزب يرفض التحالفات العدوانية والتي خلفها اليد الإمبريالية ومشاركة تركيا حلفا مع السعودية كنظام رجعي اصولي ذكوري يُدير حروباً طبقاً لتخليد مصالح الإمبريالية في الوطن العربي، لكنه حين يصل الأمر إلى الوطن العربي يتحول إلى حزب قومي طوراني وعثماني حيث تجاهل عدوان تركيا على سوريا منذ ثلاثينات القرن العشرين واغتصاب جزء من سوريا ومواصلة العدوان منذ 2011 حيث شاركت تركيا الإمبريالية والرجعيات العربية النفطية والإرهابيين من قوى الدينسياسي في تدمير سوريا وإسقاط النظام العلماني السوري لصالح نظام إرهابي وتوغلت تركيا في معظم الأراضي السورية حيث يتموضع مندوب سامي تركي في دمشق.
ملاحظة 2: لم يذكر الشيوعي المصري كلمة واحدة عن العدوان التركي المتواصل ضد سوريا! هل السبب لأنه على العهد القديم أي مع أي شيوعي حتى لو أوقع المصري نفسه في تفريط بالوطن العربي؟ أم لأن الشيوعي المصري ينتظر موقف النظام المصري المرتبط أمريكيا!

البيان:
لقد وقعت حكومة حزب العدالة والتنمية ما يسمى بـ “اتفاقية مكة للدفاع المشترك”، وبذلك جرّت بلادنا إلى مغامرة عسكرية جديدة وخطيرة للغاية.
إن أهم بند معلن في الاتفاقية يعتبر الهجوم المسلح على أي من الدول الثلاث بمثابة هجوم عليها جميعاً.
وهكذا وضع حزب العدالة والتنمية تركيا تحت التزام ذي عواقب وخيمة، وهو التزام قد يجر البلاد إلى الحرب في ظل ظروف ولأسباب لا يمكن لأحد التنبؤ بها.
لقد تولى الحزب الحاكم هذا الالتزام في منطقة تتشابك فيها العدوانية الإمبريالية والتنافسات الإقليمية وحسابات الحكومات الرجعية باستمرار، مما يهدد بإحداث صراعات جديدة في أي لحظة.
لا شيء يضمن أن دور المملكة العربية السعودية في حروب اليمن والبحر الأحمر لن يُعرض غداً على تركيا باعتباره “التزاماً دفاعياً مشتركاً”.
لا يمكن لأحد أن يضمن أن موجة جديدة من الهجمات على إيران، أو تصاعد الحرب في اليمن، أو أي مواجهة إقليمية أخرى لن تجر تركيا مباشرة إلى القتال.
هذا هو لبّ الموضوع: تُقيّد القوة العسكرية التركية بمخططات إقليمية إمبريالية، ويُمهّد الطريق لشعبنا ليدفع ثمن هذه المخططات بالدماء. ولا يحتاج المرء إلى كثير من الخيال ليتخيل ترامب وهو يفرك يديه فرحًا وهو يعلن هذه الصفقة للعالم، متفاخرًا بـ”جيش تركيا وصناعاتها العسكرية، وقوة السعودية المالية، وأسلحة باكستان النووية”.
حاولت دوائر حزب العدالة والتنمية تسويق هذا الاتفاق على أنه حشد للقوى الإقليمية ضد إسرائيل، بل وحتى على أنه تأسيس لتوازن قوى جديد. لكن كل هذا لا يحمل أي مصداقية.
لا يسعى حزب العدالة والتنمية إلى تحقيق توازن مع إسرائيل، “شقيقه العدو” في المنطقة، بل ينضم كطرفٍ ثانوي إلى “سلام أمريكي”، سلامٌ يُقوّي إسرائيل، ويُضعف إيران، ويُحاط بقوى إقليمية رجعية مستعدة للعب أي دورٍ قاتم يُسنده إليها النظام الإمبريالي.
بات من الواضح أن واشنطن تعمل بشكل منهجي على إزالة كل عقبة تعترض سبيل تسوية إقليمية أوسع تتمحور حول إسرائيل، وإعادة تشكيل المنطقة بأكملها لخدمة مصالحها. فالهجمات التي استهدفت إضعاف إيران، وإطلاق خطة غزة، وتوقيع الاتفاق الأمني التركي السعودي الباكستاني في ظل تصاعد التوترات في اليمن والبحر الأحمر، كلها أحداث مترابطة.
تسعى واشنطن إلى توزيع العبء العسكري لهذه الاستراتيجية على حلفائها الإقليميين، وفي الوقت نفسه دمج توجهها الإقليمي في استراتيجية الناتو المشتركة. وقد أصبحت تركيا من أشد المنتقدين لهذه النقطة تحديداً. ولم يكن من قبيل المصادفة أن قمة الناتو في أنقرة قد أبرزت القدرات الحربية التركية وصناعاتها العسكرية، أو أن المفاوضات حول الدور الإقليمي الموكل إلى تركيا جرت هناك.
والآن نشاهد تنفيذ تلك الصفقة خطوة بخطوة في جميع أنحاء المنطقة.
لذا، فإن اتفاقية مكة ليست “اتفاقية دفاعية” موقعة بين ثلاث دول. فآلة الحرب التركية، المنضوية تحت لواء حلف الناتو، وقدراتها العسكرية، تُربط، عبر آليات جديدة مع قوى إقليمية رجعية كالسعودية، بمخططات إمبريالية تمتد على نطاق جغرافي أوسع.
تنتظر فترة عصيبة تلك المنطقة الشاسعة الممتدة من الشرق الأوسط عبر البحر الأحمر إلى أفريقيا. ومع اشتداد الصراع على السيطرة على الطاقة وطرق التجارة، وعلى مجالات استثمارية جديدة ومربحة، بات من الواضح أن هذا الصراع سيُفضي إلى تحالفات عسكرية جديدة وحسابات دموية.
لهذه الأسباب جميعها، يجب على شعبنا أن يبقى متيقظاً لسيناريوهات الحرب الجديدة التي ستطرحها الحكومة أمامهم، والتي ستُغلّف بشعارات قومية متطرفة، وأحلام بنظام “عثماني جديد”، وخطاب طائفي، أو لغة “الأمن القومي”.
لا يكمن أمن تركيا في المزيد من التحالفات العسكرية، أو المزيد من التسلح، أو الاضطلاع بأدوار أكبر في المخططات الإمبريالية.
يكمن أمن تركيا في الانسحاب من حلف شمال الأطلسي، وإغلاق القواعد الإمبريالية، وإخراج القوات الأجنبية من بلادنا، وبناء علاقات مع جميع جيراننا على أساس المساواة والسيادة والاحترام المتبادل.
إن الإرادة الشعبية المناهضة للإمبريالية في تركيا هي وحدها الكفيلة بتحقيق ذلك.
بدون نمو القوة المنظمة لشعبنا، لا تستطيع تركيا التحرر من آلة الحرب التي دفعتها إليها طموحات طبقتها الرأسمالية.
إن رفض المصير الذي رسمته الإمبريالية والقوى الرجعية لبلادنا، والتمسك بمستقبلنا بأيدينا، أصبح ضرورة حيوية تتطلب التنظيم. وسيبذل حزب TKP (الحزب الشيوعي التركي)كل ما يلزم لتحقيق ذلك.

Note: While this party rejects aggressive alliances designed by the imperialist hand, and Turkey’s participation in that alliance with Saudi Arabia as a reactionary, fundamentalist, dependent, Male chauvinist regime that conducts wars according to imperialist interests in the Arab Homeland, and the Pakistani regime which designed by British imperialism on the basis of sectarian and Politicized Religion, but, when it comes to the Arab Homeland it turns into a Turkic nationalist and Ottoman Torani party. It has ignored Turkey’s aggression against Syria since the 1930s, the occupation and annexation of part of Syria.
Since 2011, Turkey, led by US imperialism, launched a reactionary war against Syria jointly with Arab oil-based reactionary regimes, and terrorists from Politicized Religious forces participated in destroying Syria and overthrowing the secular Syrian regime in favor of a terrorist regime. Turkey now penetrated most of Syrian territory, where a Turkish high commissioner is stationed in Damascus.

The Justice and Development Party government has signed what is being called the “Mecca Mutual Defense Agreement,” thereby dragging our country into a new and extremely dangerous military adventure.
The most important publicly announced provision of the agreement considers an armed attack against any one of the three countries to be an attack against all of them.
Thus, the Justice and Development Party has placed Turkey under an obligation with grave consequences—an obligation that could drag the country into war under circumstances and for reasons that no one can predict.
The ruling party has undertaken this commitment in a region where imperialist aggression, regional rivalries, and the calculations of reactionary governments are constantly intertwined, threatening to generate new conflicts at any moment.
Nothing guarantees that Saudi Arabia’s role in the wars in Yemen and the Red Sea will not tomorrow be presented to Turkey as a “joint defense obligation.”
No one can guarantee that a new wave of attacks on Iran, an escalation of the war in Yemen, or any other regional confrontation will not directly draw Turkey into combat.
This is the heart of the matter: Turkey’s military power is being tied to imperialist regional schemes, paving the way for our people to pay the price of these schemes in blood. One does not need much imagination to picture Trump rubbing his hands with delight as he announces this deal to the world, boasting about “Turkey’s army and military industries, Saudi Arabia’s financial power, and Pakistan’s nuclear weapons.”
Circles within the Justice and Development Party have tried to market this agreement as a mobilization of regional powers against Israel, and even as the establishment of a new balance of power. But none of this is credible.
The Justice and Development Party is not seeking a balance with Israel, its “enemy brother” in the region. Rather, it is joining as a secondary party in an “American peace”—a peace that strengthens Israel, weakens Iran, and is surrounded by reactionary regional forces willing to play whatever dark role the imperialist system assigns to them.
It has become clear that Washington is systematically working to remove every obstacle standing in the way of a broader regional settlement centered around Israel, and to reshape the entire region in service of its interests. The attacks aimed at weakening Iran, the launch of the Gaza plan, and the signing of the Turkish-Saudi-Pakistani security agreement amid escalating tensions in Yemen and the Red Sea are all interconnected events.
Washington seeks to distribute the military burden of this strategy among its regional allies while simultaneously integrating its regional approach into NATO’s collective strategy. Turkey has become one of the strongest critics of precisely this point. It was no coincidence that the NATO summit in Ankara highlighted Turkey’s military capabilities and defense industries, or that negotiations concerning the regional role assigned to Turkey took place there.
And now we are watching that deal being implemented step by step throughout the region.
Therefore, the Mecca Agreement is not a “defense agreement” signed between three countries. The Turkish war machine, operating under the banner of NATO, together with its military capabilities, is being linked through new mechanisms to reactionary regional powers such as Saudi Arabia, as part of imperialist schemes extending across a broader geographical area.
A difficult period awaits that vast region stretching from the Middle East through the Red Sea to Africa. As the struggle for control over energy and trade routes, as well as new and profitable investment opportunities, intensifies, it has become clear that this struggle will lead to new military alliances and bloody calculations.
For all these reasons, our people must remain vigilant toward the new war scenarios that the government will put before them—scenarios that will be wrapped in slogans of extreme nationalism, dreams of a “Neo-Ottoman” order, sectarian rhetoric, or the language of “national security.”
Turkey’s security does not lie in more military alliances, more armament, or taking on larger roles in imperialist schemes.
Turkey’s security lies in withdrawing from NATO, closing imperialist bases, removing foreign forces from our country, and building relations with all our neighbors on the basis of equality, sovereignty, and mutual respect.
Only the anti-imperialist popular will in Turkey can achieve this.
Without the growth of our people’s organized power, Turkey cannot free itself from the war machine into which the ambitions of its capitalist class have pushed it.
Rejecting the fate that imperialism and reactionary forces have drawn for our country, and taking our future into our own hands, has become a vital necessity requiring organization. The TKP (Communist Party of Turkey) will do everything necessary to achieve this.
